Information You Provide
When you contact AGS, request a quote, request a consultation, submit a form, communicate with a AGS representative, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization name, job title, business or service address, information about the security services you are interested in, service requirements, requested dates or schedules, information contained in your communications, and other information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with the AGS website or online service, certain information may be collected automatically depending on your browser, device, settings, and the technologies deployed on the website. For example, an AGS customer may provide information necessary for AGS to provide security services at a property, facility, event, community, or other location.

Because AGS provides security services, certain information may be collected, accessed, used, or stored as part of providing those services.
Depending on the services provided and the customer's requirements, this may include security reports, incident reports, photographs, video, audio, access-control information, visitor information, vehicle or license-plate information, patrol information, location information, communications with security personnel, dates and times of security activities, and other information relevant to security operations.
The specific information collected depends on the services provided, the location, the applicable customer relationship, the technology used, and applicable law.
Where AGS processes this information on behalf of a customer, the customer may determine the purposes and scope of the processing.
Where recording, monitoring, location, access-control, or other technologies are used, AGS will provide applicable notices or obtain required consent where required by law.
4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
AGS may use personal information for purposes including:
- Providing, administering, coordinating, and improving security services
- Responding to inquiries and service requests
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Scheduling consultations and services

8. INFORMATION WE PROCESS ON BEHALF OF OUR CUSTOMERS
AGS provides security services to businesses, property owners, property managers, communities, facilities, events, organizations, and other customers.
In connection with these services, AGS may process personal information on behalf of its customers.
The information may relate to employees, residents, visitors, customers, contractors, vendors, event attendees, drivers, property occupants, or other individuals who interact with locations where AGS provides services.
Depending on the engagement, AGS may process information to provide security services, control or monitor access, respond to incidents, prepare security reports, communicate with authorized individuals, protect people and property, administer parking or access programs, support events, conduct mobile patrols, document incidents, and perform other services requested by the customer.
Where AGS acts as a service provider, processor, or similar role on behalf of a customer, the applicable customer may determine the purposes and scope of processing.
If your inquiry concerns information AGS processes solely on behalf of one of its customers, you may need to direct your request to the applicable customer.
9. TEXT MESSAGING AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
Where AGS offers text-message communications, we may use your telephone number to provide service-related, administrative, appointment, recruiting, or other communications for which you have provided applicable consent or where otherwise permitted by law.
Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.
You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP or following the instructions provided in the applicable message.
Where AGS records or monitors telephone calls, we will provide applicable notice or obtain consent where required by law.
AGS will not sell mobile telephone numbers or text-message opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
10. EMPLOYMENT AND JOB APPLICANT INFORMATION
If you apply for employment with AGS, we may collect information you provide during the recruiting and application process.
This may include your name, contact information, resume, employment history, education, professional qualifications, certifications, licenses, references, interview information, and other information you voluntarily provide.

The Notice at Collection may be provided through or near website forms, quote forms, contact forms, recruiting forms, or other applicable collection points.

In addition to California, AGS may be subject to privacy laws in other states in which it operates or provides services.
