It has 7 steps and is an effective way to weed out unqualified candidates, assigning the best employees to the appropriate job site where they can thrive. They have the tools at their disposal to secure any job site, but without adequate training and supervision, some things can go wrong.
The supplemental training we provide to our personnel, both in the office and in the field, equips them with the knowledge to earn more experience and achieve success as security guards. Training is always ongoing, and check-ins from our Regional Field Supervisors will ensure that our security personnel receive frequent refresher courses they can rely on.
